Who can apply for a voucher?
The owner of a ticket (both single ticket and season ticket) for events canceled before 31 July 2021 due to the emergency COVID-19, bought online on the Vivaticket sales portal, in a Vivaticket point of sale or through the direct sales channels of the organizer, may apply for the issue of a digital voucher of a value corresponding to the facial amount of the ticket or to the accrual of the season ticket.
How can I use the voucher?
The issued voucher can be spent, within 36 months from the date of issue, on Vivaticket.com for the purchase of events offered for sale by the same organizer.
It can be used for purchases until the vaule of the vuoucher is reached or for purchases of higher amount, to partially cover the cost.
To use the voucher credit at local and group point of sales, check on the promoter's website if this modality has been activated.
In accordance with the legal obligations provided for by art. 7, c. 4 DM 13/7/2000 the title to access the canceled event must be preserved. Upon access to the new event, you must present the new ticket purchased via voucher credit and the canceled ticket. In case of loss of the canceled ticket, on the day of the event a report of loss or theft of the same must be delivered in place of the canceled ticket. Instead there is no such obligation for season tickets.
What should I do to apply for the voucher?
To apply for the voucher you must be registered on Vivaticket.com.
Only if you bought your ticket online on Vivaticket sales portal, the only user authorized to request a refund is the user who made the purchase (excluding football).
Once logged into the portal, from this page, you can proceed with the voucher request.
Remember to have with you the ticket or season ticket or receipt of the title for which you are entitled to a refund via voucher.
You will have to enter one of the following identification data:
- Transaction or Receipt code on single ticket or season ticket standard Vivaticket, or on the confirmation e-mails and in the online receipts
- SIAE Code on single ticket or season ticket
- Fidelity Card (for football only) + Name, Surname and date of birth
- Barcode, if present on single ticket or season ticket..
Furthermore, if you have thermal tickets or Print@home tickets you must upload on the platform the clearly readable scan or photo of each ticket. If the readability of the scan or photograph is no longer met, the request will not to be considered valid.
Once all the data have been uploaded you can proceed with the application which will pass to the validation phase by the Vivaticket systems.

Article. 88 of D.L. 18/2020, modified by Law 18/2020 and further modified by Decreto Sostegni Bis, provides that the duration of the vouchers is 36 months.
the voucher must be required within 30 days from the date of the cancellation announcement of the event.
Check on the list of events and promoters the terms for requesting the voucher for each individual event.
When will I receive my voucher and when will I be able to use it?
Within 30 days from the voucher application date, valid requests will automatically turn into the issue of Digital Vouchers that the applicant will find in his/her My Vivaticket account area and which can be spent within the portal on the new events of the same organizer.
Is it possible to cancel the voucher request?
Once sent, the voucher request can no longer be canceled.
